In 2002 Tehnika Auce received Latvian Quality Award in the group of Small and Medium Enterprises, for successful implementation of the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM).

In 2003 the Quality Management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 international Standard was certified in the enterprise.

In 2004 the systems of Environment Management (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) were certified in the enterprise.

In 2004 a new stage of modernizing production technologies and development, based on purchasing new production equipment and optimizing production processes, was initiated.

At various times Tehnika Auce has been awarded for the making contribution in development of Zemgales region.

In 2007 the systems of Environment Management (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) were recertified according new standards in the enterprise.

In 2008 has been started production of new product type and implemented new technological equipment for that.

In 2009 has been started cooperation with a company SIA "Zaļā josta", who is dealing with the management of packaging waste in Latvia.

In 2009 has been started and in 2010 has been finished new production modernizing project in cooperation with Liaa and ERAF.

In 2011 has been finished project of implementing new welding technology in production of hydraulic cylinders.
